Magdala Valuation Group (“Magdala”) is a privately held professional services firm that specializes in the analysis and valuation of commercial real estate. Magdala provides a variety of valuation advisory services, including single-asset valuation, portfolio valuation, highest & best use studies, and feasibility studies for an array of product types and interests.

Magdala’s professionals have extensive experience in, and knowledge of, commercial real estate in markets throughout southern California. Meet the Founder

Luis E. Lobos, MAI

Luis Lobos is a founding member of Magdala Valuation Group and has been actively engaged in the real estate business since 1998. Mr. Lobos has a broad range of experience in real estate valuation, including commercial,
industrial, office, multi-family, and mixed-use property types.

Prior to founding Magdala Valuation Group, Luis co-founded a boutique commercial appraisal firm, where he provided valuation services, including direct and yield (Argus) capitalization analyses, feasibility/absorption studies, and highest and best use studies for contemplated property acquisitions and refinancing. Luis graduated from Claremont McKenna College, cum laude with honors in Economics and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
